Visitation Gala

Hello Visitation Families,

We were made aware yesterday that people were receiving an error code in GiveSmart while trying to purchase tickets.  The error has been fixed and we will leave tickets sales open until noon tomorrow.  If you encountered the error, please head back over to GiveSmart and try again.  

SILENT AUCTION DONATIONS FROM THE SCHOOL & CHURCH ARE LIVE!

The teachers and staff at Visitation have once again been very generous with various different silent auctions, buy-ins and fun experiences for our kids!  Check out what your grade level teachers have offered, be principal for a day, or eat lunch with Ms. McVey!  Don’t want to get to the 3pm Christmas Eve Mass at 1:15 to guarantee seats?  There’s a silent auction item for that.  Out of uniform passes are also available for purchase.  So start looking, signing up and bidding!  The rest of the Silent Auction will be available over the next few days as well.  

CLASS BASKET RAFFLE TICKETS & CASH RAFFLE TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE ON GIVESMART

You can view pictures and details of the Class Baskets HERE! Once you purchase your tickets online, be sure to fill out this FORM to designate the quantity of tickets and for which baskets. Tickets for the class baskets will also be on sale at Open House, Sunday, January 26, 12:30-2pm and at the Gala.  The Class Baskets will be present at both Open House and the Gala so you can better see everything. You can also purchase more Cash Raffle Tickets!  Online raffle tickets will close on Thursday, January 30, 2025, so that all tickets can be added accordingly prior to the Blue & Gold Gala.

• Blue & Gold Gala PUPPY - Breed and gender reveal forthcoming!

GOLDEN TICKET IS BACK!

Golden Tickets will be on sale starting Sunday, January 26, 2025.  Only 100 Golden Tickets are sold.  Each Ticket will cost $100.  What does it do?  Well, the winner of the Golden Ticket Raffle can choose one of the following from the Live Auction: The Private Chef, Doshi Orthodontics, Canary Islands for 2 or Colorado for 4.  

NEW THIS YEAR! Skip & Sip - Silent Auction Item - LIVE NOW! 

Long lines at the bar? With the Skip & Sip Pass, this won't be your problem! Winner of Skip & Sip will have the ability to cut to the front of the bar line throughout the evening. Two drink limit each visit. Winner will receive ten cards to turn into the bartender with each visit upon check in at the Gala.  Keep all ten for yourself, or share with friends.  This item will close at 10pm Thursday, January 30, 2025 and the individual with the highest bid will be notified by email and the credit card on your account will be charged.
